Good experience overall after initial error

Hi ..I had ordered an Innsbruck reversible men’s hat in what I thought was red. The picture was red and the description was old glory. When it arrived it was blue. Old glory is blue not red. Red being volcano.

On emailing Spyder to explain, I got a quick reply back from staff asking for a photo of the item and my order, which I sent. Straight away they realised that the description on the website was wrong so offered me an exchange or the chance to keep the hat and buy the correct colour for 50% off. I didn’t expect this and was delighted with that option/chance.

Generally I was really pleased with quick reply and items/discount codes sent out quickly.

A situation which started off frustrating ended well 😊
